Jesse Ray Diamond, a Los Angeles-based director originally from San Francisco, has spent over a decade crafting award-winning commercials, TV shows, documentaries, and music videos. Known for his work with some of the industry’s top talent, he has directed figures such as LeBron James, Dr. Dre, Randall Park, Melissa Fumero, David Castañeda, Justin H. Min, Daniel Ricciardo, Sha’Carri Richardson, Naomi Osaka, Shedeur Sanders, Anderson .Paak, Jalen Suggs, and Evan Mobley, among others. Jesse’s commitment to innovative, disciplined filmmaking has made him a trusted director for major ad agencies and production companies around the world. He has led projects from the writers’ room through production to final conform and localization, bringing a unique vision that aligns with and elevates agency creative. His work has garnered acclaim from leading agencies like Leo Burnett, 72andSunny, Apple, Beats by Dre, We Are Social, and Wasserman.
In 2024, Jesse directed and edited the holiday campaign “Athletes Get It” for Beats by Dre, marking the official partnership between Lionel Messi and Beats by Dre. This star-studded anthem spot featured Lionel Messi, LeBron James, Shohei Ohtani, Bronny James, Daniel Ricciardo, Sha’Carri Richardson, Naomi Osaka, Shedeur Sanders, Serena Williams, Angel Reese, Erling Haaland, and Miho Nonaka, with narration by Angel Reese. In both 2023 and 2024, directing work on Beats by Dre’s “Beats Elite” campaign achieved the second-highest engaged and converted campaign in the company’s history. Recognized by multiple publications as one of the best NIL sports campaigns of the decade, it further solidified his impact and reputation in the industry.
